 Amazing Grace is a 31-unit low income, efficiency apartment complex located in Fairbanks. We are a 'outside of the box' sober living type environment. We occasionally serve individuals that may not be approved or considered at other apartments, but only if it is obvious they are very self-motivated and sincere about improving the quality of their lives by way of changing their behavior. A rare second chance may be provided to people whom are strongly self- motivated to better their lives, and achieve sobriety. You may lose your tenancy: - If you have a history of substance abuse and are seen outside your apartment drinking, intoxicated or impaired. - If you are suspected of using any illegal substance, and being an active user. - If you are caught smoking any substance inside the building. We provide 13 plus cameras on site, running 24/7, to ensure the property stays as free of illegal substance as I am able to keep it. Cameras as well provide tenants with peace of mind knowing there is most often eyes on the ground, and back up video footage should there be an incident. The community around us knows very well that those cameras are in place, and Amazing Grace is known for keeping out undesirables. About the Apartments Amazing Grace Apartments are a single, 11.5 X 18 ft., room with an added bathroom, tub and shower. Half of the apartments are provided with an added kitchen cabinet, countertop, and small mini fridge. These units rent for an additional $100 per month. They don't include an oven, stove or full kitchen. However, cooking is easily achieved with a toaster oven, hot plate, microwave, slow cooker and the likewise. All utilities are included. All units are at ground level, with your own entry door, and one parking stall per unit. Good location, close to bus line, downtown, and many agencies offering community assistance. AK housing and other rental voucher assistance programs are accepted. |
